Confirmation of Delivery

Once your purchase has been sent, you will get an email including your tracking number (s). Within 24 hours, your tracking number will be activated.

International Shipping Policy

We accept orders from abroad. Once your address is entered during checkout, the shipping charges to your country will be computed automatically. If your country is chosen but there is no "International Shipping" option, please contact us at info@horizonleathers.com and we'll add your country to the list as soon as possible.

RETURNS


Please contact us prior to returning the item for a refund. Direct returns that you send back to us without first consulting us are not accepted.

We provide a refund/exchange service within 14 days after delivery.

For a return to be valid, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you got it. Additionally, it must be in its UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

All returned items must be in SELLABLE condition and accompanied by an established PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Please DO NOT return the product to the MANUFACTURER.

We realize the importance of returns to our clients. To guarantee a great purchasing experience for all of our customers, we may limit or prohibit future purchases from consumers with an inappropriate return trend.

Upon receiving the package, please send us an email at info@horizonleathers.com to initiate the return procedure.

REFUNDS

In the following circumstances, only 10% REFUNDS will be issued:

All items not in their original state are either damaged or missing components for reasons not attributable to us.

There are circumstances under which NO REFUNDS are issued:

1. Any item returned after signing but before 14 days have passed.

2. The returned item is missing because the client used an untracked delivery method.

3. Because the buyer rejected the package, the delivery company damaged it.

Since the package will not be returned to the sender, it will be destroyed.

We'll send you an email to let you know when we've received and examined your return when it arrives. Additionally, we will inform you of the acceptance or denial of your refund.

If you're accepted, your refund will be completed within 5 business days and a credit will immediately be credited to your credit card or other original mode of payment.

Overdue refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please double-check your PayPal or bank account.

Then get in touch with your credit card provider since it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Contact your bank next. Typically, a refund is not posted until it has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Only defective or damaged products are replaced without charge. For more information on the return process, write us an email at info@horizonleathers.com if you need to swap it for the same item.

Depending on your location, the time required for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are sending an item back to us, you should consider utilizing a TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE.

Customers will only be billed once for shipping charges (including returns); there won't be any restocking fees applied to returns of goods.

CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER

In order to complete and transport orders from Horizon Leathers' clients as quickly as possible, we constantly send orders to our depots throughout the day. As a result, after 24 hours, once an order has been sent to a facility and started processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.

You are cordially urged to get in touch with us for the return procedure as soon as you get the package for a refund.
